This is a unique setting (13 acres) on one of the most beautiful bays in Ireland. It creates the illusion that it is a lake but in fact it is the ocean. Bamboos, Palms, Tree Ferns etc., what else could you ask for in the southern part of Ireland? It lacks the excessive heat of the Mediterranean but looks like you’re in it. Some visitors are telling us ‘it’s heaven’! The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, with a friendly welcome on arrival.

Directions: Bamboo Park is easy to find: situated directly on the coastal road from Bantry to Kenmare N 71 just before the Eccles Hotel, Glengarriffi. Coming from Kenmare the entrance, a huge japanese style-gate is at your right a few yards after passing the beautiful Glengarriff Harbour.
