Beyond The Wild Garden Gets Nominated – David Corscadden

I have some extremely exciting news to share with you all and a great mile stone for Beyond The Wild Garden. The blog has been nominated in 6 different categories in the Blog Awards Ireland.

This really has been the cherry on top of a great year blogging and sharing my passion and love for gardening and nature with you all! I was very humbled with the number of categories that I have been included in. The blog has been nominated in the long list of:

  • Best Photography Blog
  • Best Lifestyle Blog
  • Best Science/Education Blog
  • Best Personal Blog
  • Best Eco /Green Blog
  • Best Great Outdoors Blog

I just wanted to thank you all for coming along on this journey with me and I look forward to sharing more news with you as the judging process takes place over the coming weeks.

In The Mean Time:

I have also been nominated in Best Blog Post category for one of my guest blog posts for Powerscourt Estate. This category is open to public vote.

For this category you can vote once a week and each week the posts with the fewest votes get knocked out. I would be so greatful if you could vote for me in this category. It only takes a few seconds to vote! If you follow the link below and vote for Powerscourt Estate – A Plant Lovers Journey through Powerscourt Gardens in Wicklow

My Name is David Corscadden and I have just finished my degree in horticulture from UCD. I have a keen interest in wildlife friendly gardens or as I like to call them “Wild Gardens”. I have in the last year taken a u-turn in what I thought I would do after college. I have moved more in to the literature side of horticulture and plan to do a masters in journalism next year.
