Would you like to learn more about the edible treats available in your local woodlands? If so then join the Native Woodland Trust in Ardan Wood in Westmeath for a foraging adventure. At this time of year Ardan wood is packed full of different edible berries, fungi and nuts making it the perfect place to learn the craft of foraging. Run in conjunction with a foraging expert, this is sure to be a fun, informative event for all. On the day we will be exploring this beautiful woodland looking for tasty treats. This event is free to members with a suggested donation of €4 for non-members.
