The centre-piece of the GIY presence at Bloom this year (2nd to 6th of June) will be a giant edible raised map of Ireland. It will contain 32 types of vegetables (one type for each county) and the veg will be grown by our GIY groups around Ireland and transported to the Phoenix Park for the festival.
