Woodland Walk and Seed Collection

On this woodland walk we will be looking at the biodiversity found in our Ardan Woodland. At the Native Woodland Trust we like to plant trees from seeds collected on our own sites and so during the walk we would like to collect as many hazel nuts as possible so that we can grow some hazel seedlings for future planting. Come along to this walk to help collect the seeds and then on a future planting day you can return and plant the seedlings. This is a great opportunity to be involved with the growing of native trees from start to finish. This event is weather dependent.
