This event, formally known as Weekend in the Woods, is an opportunity for folk to immerse themselves in their roots. Over two days, students learn the basic skills in their chosen course.
Most students go home with a complete project or two (willow basket, wooden bowl and spoon, jewellery to name a few), or at least with the knowledge required to complete their items.
Accommodation and meals are available at the venue and camping is a popular option for those who wish to save a few euro, or those who prefer the old woodland experience! Either way, you must book in advance by calling 090 9745 246 or email info@thethreetowers.com .
Saturday night is usually spent around the camp fire so be sure to bring along your instruments and look after your vocal strings!
