Sow Larkspur Seeds Now for Glorious Colour Next Summer – Gareth Austin

Early each autumn we sow some seeds of Larkspur, this summer flowering annual is a great seed to sow now for earlier flowers next summer (compared to a spring sowing).

The seeds germinate quickly and strongly and will be able for potting up by end of November, and then for planting out when the weather allows. Larkspur flower off at around 4′ high so are great for the cutting and for adding height and summer colour to the garden.
