In this design, a bedroom extension has been incorporated into a garden, demonstrating the complementary fusion of private and outdoor space. The garden is quite contemporary in style, visually softened with a simple, flowing theme, suggestive of a relaxing retreat.
It is intended to provide a reflective, relaxing space though the controlled subtle calming effect of an extensive planting framework, which will wrap the garden with texture and colour. The layout has been designed to achieve a flow of open and constricted space together with an alcove space at the rear of the bedroom. A sweeping lawn stripe leads the eye gently to the bedroom area, suggesting a soft link to a wider garden context.
