Caroline Constant is Professor Emerita of Architecture and Emil Lorch Collegiate Professor of Architecture and Planning (2011-2014) at the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. Constant’s research, which explores relationships among architecture, landscape architecture and the decorative arts, has been widely published in books and periodicals. Her books include The Modern Architectural Landscape, The Woodland Cemetery: Toward a Spiritual Landscape and The Palladio Guide.
