The Bord Bia Food Village hosts an exciting menu of Artisan Street Food for visitors to tickle their taste buds. Perfect at any time of the day, the delights include roast suckling pork from Adare Farm, marinated Hereford beef on ciabatta with carmelised onions, leaves and dressing from Country Choice on Tour and pork terrine, black pudding rolls, and slow cooked pork ribs from ‘Three Men in a Trailer’.
Desserts and lemonade will be available from Glenilen Farm and fruit smoothies from Greenhill Fruit Farm. There will also be a variety of catering options in the open areas throughout the show. The Donnelly Fresh Food Parlour is an exciting new addition, offering freshly prepared dishes using in-season fruit, vegetables and salads locally grown at Donnelly’s Farms, all served in a relaxed atmosphere. Bistro Bloom will be a mecca for ravenous visitors – The Café is perfect for families on the go as it offers self-service catering throughout the day.
