Seminar “At the Heart of Nature” – 20th November

Celebrating the achievements of our cross-border collaboration for biodiversity and planning for a future with biodiversity at its heart. We invite you to attend our morning seminar ‘At the Heart of Nature’.

The keynotes address will be delivered by Dr. Conor Kretsch, Director of COHAB Initiative (Co-Operation on Health and Biodiversity) with other speakers from the East Border Region and Action for Biodiversity.

The event will launch the first Regional Biodiversity Action Framework on the island of Ireland, outlining the structure for collaboration between local authorities and other stakeholders on a cross-border basis for the delivery of a biodiversity agenda. We will seek your comments and views through an interactive questions and answers session on the future of cross-border projects in this area.

Representatives from Local Authorities, Government Agencies, Third Level Institutes, NGO’s, Associations and individuals interested in Biodiversity should attend.
