Thanks to the recent volunteer day our Gracedieu community woodland should be clear and ready for planting. The trees won’t plant themselves so come along and get stuck in! The NWT believes that community involvement is vital to the success of our reserves so whether you can spare an hour of your time or would like to spend the day every little helps. This day is suitable for all the family and is a great chance to meet the NWT team and see this beautiful reserve on the outskirts of Waterford City. This event is being run with the support of the National Youth Council Of Ireland (NYCI) who are sponsoring some trees which will be dedicated to the Waterford Scouts who have given up their time and energy to help develop this community reserve.
