Limited Places Now Available – ITB Level 6 Part-time Higher Certificate in Science – Professional Horticulture Practice.

ITB are launching a new part time Level 6 Higher Certificate in Science in Professional Horticulture Practice (BN033) beginning in two weeks’ time. The programme will be delivered over two years by blended learning – lectures will be offered two nights per week face-to-face initially and then moving to on-line delivery, with practical sessions, laboratory sessions and tutorials taking place at ITB every second Saturday. Successful students will be eligible to progress to study for the level 7 Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, with progression then available to the level 8 honours degree.
This programme is aimed at those already working in the industry looking to gain a formal qualification or who wish to up-skill from a previous qualification. Also individuals who are currently not in the industry but wish to begin training for entry into the Horticulture sector. The part time nature of the programme allows students to continue to work while completing their formal education.
