Heron Gallery, Ahakista is on the beautiful Sheep’s Head Peninsula near Bantry in West Cork, Ireland. An artists garden, full of annual colour and quirky ideas with productive raised vegetable beds, and 2 polytunnels.There are wildlife ponds, wildflower meadow, young native woodland planted and beautiful views.
Wholesome lunches and delicious cakes in the cafe, and Annabel’s work can be seen in the shop and gallery.

Directions: Take the right fork in Durrus towards Sheepshead. After Arundel’s Bar turn right. We are 300 metres up the hill on the left.
