Wildflower and Tree Identification Day at Ardan Wood, Co Westmeath

Join us on an informative visit to our Ardan Wood Nature Reserve for a wildflower and tree identification day. Our Ardan Wood Nature Reserve is home to almost every species of native Irish tree and a great variety of woodland wildflowers. On this visit we will be learning how to identify the native trees present as well as a number of the common woodland wildflowers.

This will be a fun and relaxed day perfect for anyone with an interest in learning more about Ireland’s native woodland. No previous identification skills are needed. This event is open to all but booking is essential as spaces are limited. This event is open to all. The event is free for NWT members with a suggested donation of €4 for non-members.
