Top Eight Ways To Reinterpret Your Front Garden – Barry Lupton MGLDA

I love reinterpreting spaces and challenging long held perceptions about the ways things should be. One of the easiest places you can do this for yourself is in your front garden. Below are ten great ways to reinterpret you front garden space

  1. Replace your paving with planting.
  2. Replace the lawn with a micro wildflower meadow.
  3. Create a patio – use tall planting if privacy is an issue.
  4. Change the topography – introduce levels to provide interest.
  5. Install a pond for wildlife.
  6. Create a wildlife or nectar garden.
  7. Do as I do and plant for productivity.
  8. If you have to use the space for cars, consider using grass block paving.
