Derek Mooney and the Roadshow’s historical and genealogical team will be in the Powerscourt all afternoon, eager to help people find extraordinary stories in their family, as well as giving free advice on how to track down a family history.

Stories that will be featured are diverse and include the journey of a survivor of Custer’s Last Stand and the story of 2,000 Irish people who were stranded in Argentina in 1889.
