We have great confidence in the quality of our plants. Should a hardy plant from our Garden Centre die within five years of purchase, we promise to replace it free of charge. All hardy plants ordered on our website are also guaranteed for five years. If the plant fails during this time, please send a photograph of the plant, along with your order number, to our Customer Service Department. Once we have determined the cause of the problem we will endeavour to replace it or refund you.
- Proof of purchase and return of the plants will be required.
- We recommend customers join our Customer Loyalty program as this keeps a record of all purchases and purchase dates. In the event of the loss of a receipt, this can be used to find a record of your purchase.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
- You will be charged for delivery on any replacement plants issued.
