What are your hopes and career aspirations? If you want to take the first steps towards a successful career in the food and land-based sectors, you can at CAFRE. Each year we welcome students with a wide range of entry qualifications and backgrounds onto courses in agriculture, environmental conservation, equine, farriery, floristry, food, food supply management, horticulture, land-based engineering and technology, rural and countryside management and veterinary nursing.

We take great pride in offering students superb practical facilities in all of these areas, whereby they can develop the necessary skills for their chosen career. At CAFRE you will also have access to a team of specialist staff, interested in you as an individual, to support you through your studies.

CAFRE staff work closely with the food and land-based industries and this is reflected in the content of the courses we deliver and the range of workplacements available to you. Our aim is that you will complete your course with the skills and knowledge to succeed in those industries.

Our range of courses is expanding all the time with both full-time and part-time options available. You also have the opportunity to progress from First and National Diplomas onto higher-level courses, such as Foundation and Honours Degrees.
